We are pleased to share some exciting news: on July 1st, Mr. Philipp Huber, an outstanding professional with extensive experience in property management, will be joining our team to lead the condominium management division at Dinvest. We are proud and honored to welcome him on board

This important recruitment is part of our long-term strategy to continuously improve our services. Many of you know that we regularly share updates about our progress in digitization, automation, and technology—areas that are not only our passion but also our competitive advantage. However, all of our investments in technology ultimately serve one purpose: to support our people, enabling them to focus on what truly matters—providing you with the best service possible, rather than being burdened with repetitive administrative tasks.

Mr. Huber holds a BA in Economics from the University of Basel and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Real Estate from the University of Zurich, where he completed advanced modules in economics, law, architecture, finance, and both operational and strategic management.

With over 22 years of experience as a senior property manager—specializing in condominium management—Mr. Huber has spent the past five years dedicated exclusively to supporting communities of apartment owners. His work has centered on helping these communities manage and cultivate their shared property with both professionalism and harmony.
