New Payment Report for Greater Control and Transparency

As part of our ongoing digitalization efforts, we are pleased to present the first version of our new payment report. This automated report, available upon request, is sent to owners by email automatically one day after payments are made to suppliers and contractors. It provides full transparency on all transactions on your property bank account and includes clear comments for each payment.

In future versions, we plan to add information on payments that still need to be reimbursed by insurance companies or tenants, to further improve your financial overview.

News for Condominium Owners: Online Damage Reporting for Common Areas

Following the successful launch of our online damage reporting service for tenants, we are pleased to extend this service to condominium owners as well.

The application developed by the Swiss start-up Immofix.io allows you to report damage in common areas conveniently online via an intuitive, visual interface.

Each report is automatically matched to the most suitable pre-approved contractor or caretaker, enabling issues to be resolved faster and more efficiently. Owners will also receive a tracking email and, once the work is completed, a satisfaction survey so we can continuously improve our service quality.

We will roll out this solution gradually across all condominium owner associations we manage by Q2 2026.

Greater Transparency for Advertising Cost

With regard to advertising costs, we will introduce a new, standardized quarterly invoice that consolidates all marketing expenses across various online platforms.


This detailed document presents the marketing costs for each rental unit in a single, easy-to-read overview and will be available to you as the owner of a rental property in the Immotop portal.
