Ryan Gauci Maistre, a property manager with a Swiss federal diploma, is the new team lead for property management at Dinvest in Basel.
We are delighted to welcome Ryan to Dinvest. His arrival is an important step in building out our team – as our portfolio grows and we continue to develop our modern, transparent and client-focused approach to property management.

Property management experience in Basel
Ryan has in-depth knowledge of the Basel property market. Over the course of his career he has held leadership responsibility in property management for several years – among other things for a branch office and a property management team. With his team he managed real estate portfolios in Basel-Stadt and Basel-Landschaft, gaining experience in both operational and strategic property management as well as in leading and developing teams.

His responsibilities at Dinvest
Ryan leads our team in rental property management and is responsible for ensuring consistently high service standards across our growing portfolio. He works closely with owners, tenants, service providers and our accounting team so that every property is managed professionally, proactively and with a clear focus on its long-term development.
Personal service, digitally supported
Ryan's experience and client-focused approach fit Dinvest's philosophy: in-depth local property expertise and personal service, combined with digital processes, automation and up-to-date portfolio figures in the Dinvest Owner Portal. Technology takes repetitive administrative work off our property managers' hands – leaving more time to look after our clients, solve problems and spot opportunities to improve their properties.
Outside the office
Outside work, Ryan has plenty going on. He is married and recently became a father. He is also a keen tennis fan and an active player – a sport that reflects the energy, focus and determination he brings to his work.
