Dinvest Acquires Terranova: Strengthening Our Expertise in the Basel Real Estate Market

Acquisition of Terranova Property Management

We are pleased to announce another important milestone in our company’s development. As of 1 July 2025, we have completed the acquisition of the property management business of Terranova Immobilien AG. Terranova is a well-established company based in the heart of Basel, with over 20 years of experience in property management.

This acquisition aligns with our long-term strategy to modernize the Swiss real estate market by integrating innovation, digitalization, process automation, and artificial intelligence.

Since Kobella Holding’s investment in Dinvest in July 2023, we have dedicated significant resources to these goals. We have built a robust digital infrastructure, continuously optimized key processes—such as apartment marketing, handling unexpected repairs, and paying suppliers and contractors—and steadily improved communication and transparency for our clients and property owners.

Our Office Move to Basel

From 15 October 2025, we will be pleased to welcome you at our new office location at Aeschenvorstadt 67, Basel. With this move, we are creating more space for our growing team and improving the conditions for even more efficient service.

Our services in the management of rental properties, condominium ownership (STWEG), and the letting of individual mandates will of course continue in full.
